Administrative Support Professional

The Executive Assistant to the Sales Head provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Business Performance Management
    • Support the Sales Head in executing sales strategies, tracking performance, and analyzing sales reports.
    • Prepare sales presentations, business proposals, and performance review documents.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Track and follow up on key sales initiatives and action plans.
  • Calendar Management & Task Prioritization
    • Manage the Sales Head's schedule, ensuring efficient time allocation for meetings, reviews, and client interactions.
    • Prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of important deliverables.
    • Organize and coordinate sales team meetings, training sessions, and business reviews.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as a liaison between the Sales Head and internal teams, clients, and business partners.
    • Draft emails, reports, and executive briefs for internal and external communication.
    • Handle correspondence and ensure seamless flow of information across departments.
  • Sales Operations & Coordination
    • Maintain sales records, dashboards, and CRM reports to track performance metrics.
    • Support in managing sales pipelines, client interactions, and follow-ups.
    • Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing.
    • Monitor and report on sales targets, achievements, and deviations.
  • Travel & Event Arrangements
    • Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements for the Sales Head.
    • Arrange client meetings, conferences, and networking events.
    • Ensure all logistics, documentation, and travel-related expenses are handled efficiently.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance Management
    • Handle confidential business information with discretion.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and data security protocols.
    • Support sales governance, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to standard procedures.
    Key Requirements
    • Experience & Skills
      • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or Business Support professional.
      • Strong understanding of sales operations, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), and reporting tools.
      • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
      • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
      • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
    • Education & Qualifications
      • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
      • Certification in Sales Management, CRM, or Business Analytics is a plus.
    • Additional Skills
      • Strong analytical mindset with an ability to interpret sales data.
      • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
      • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
