Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the talent management lifecycle of direct reports, including onboarding, assessment, retention, career development, succession planning, and recognition. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching direct reports to leverage this talent management lifecycle with their teams.

  • Attract, recruit, and hire highly qualified sales leadership team members.
  • Owning talent management lifecycle of direct reports.
  • Coaching direct reports to leverage the talent management lifecycle with the team.
  • Building associate connectivity of sales leadership team and associates.
  • Ensuring that sales leadership team coaches and develops associates.
  • Managing associate relations of direct reports and any elevated issues.
  • Communicating effectively with district manager, sales leadership team, associates, and peers.
  • Partnering with district manager to establish clear performance goals and objectives.

Taking Responsibility for Key Metrics:

  • Sales percent to plan.
  • Conversion.
  • Retention.
  • Overall customer satisfaction.
  • Shrink.

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrating ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty.
  • Proven ability to delegate, follow up, and communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrating ability to manage complex and competing priorities with time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrating ability to assess talent, coach, develop, and manage performance.
  • Demonstrating business acumen with strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Schedule flexibility to include evenings and weekends.
  • Previous management experience.
