Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive and manage a high-performing team of Inside Sales Executives/Admission Counsellors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Admission Counsellors
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly admissions targets
  • Coach and train team members on sales strategies
  • Monitor CRM activity and ensure timely lead follow-ups
  • Optimize sales pitches, scripts, and processes
  • Conduct team reviews and performance meetings
  • Handle escalations and support closures when needed
  • Report performance metrics to management

Requirements:

- 8-10 years experience in EdTech / Inside Sales / Counseling

- Proven leadership and target achievement history

- Excellent people management and communication skills

- CRM and sales funnel familiarity

- Strong problem-solving and mentoring ability
