Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building high-performing teams, providing coaching and guidance, and evaluating performance.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities. As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing sales processes and methodologies, and driving growth through strategic partnerships and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of direct selling experience in IT services
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of the Indian market, business landscape, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
