
Sales Leadership Director

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic plans to expand market share, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives within the designated region.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field, with an MBA/PGDM preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a 3-tier team of executives, team leaders, and business managers.
- Accurately plan, forecast, and achieve fortnightly, monthly client retention and revenue targets from assigned clients.
- Foster productive, professional relationships with clients.
- Hire, train, and retain top talent. Develop personalized training plans and ensure employee skill development.
- Resolve client complaints promptly.
- Provide consultation on digital marketing strategies and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct daily 2-3 in-person meetings with clients onsite.
