We're seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead our recruitment efforts, foster positive employee relationships and manage performance across the organization. This is a full-time on-site role located in Malkapur (Near Jalgaon/Akola). The ideal candidate will oversee the entire HR lifecycle from planning and implementation to evaluation and improvement.

This key position requires strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to develop and maintain effective HR policies and procedures. Daily tasks include managing employee benefits and compensation, facilitating professional development and training programs, as well as maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
