You will play a pivotal role in shaping the Human Resources function at a pioneering initiative in India. As a seasoned HR leader, your responsibilities will be centered around building a world-class academic and administrative workforce, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and university policies.

This position requires a deep understanding of Indian universities, global exposure, and a proven ability to attract top talent from across the globe. A strong understanding of Indian and international accreditation and regulatory frameworks is essential.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters Degree in Human Resources or Related Field
  • 12–15 Years of Progressive HR Experience
  • Demonstrated Experience in Global Talent Acquisition
  • Proven Leadership Experience in Building HR Functions
  • Strong Understanding of Indian Labor Laws and Accreditation Frameworks
  • Familiarity with Global Regulatory Bodies
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
