Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our business leaders, driving employee lifecycle management and workforce solutions that drive business outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end employee lifecycle management programs, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Manage high-volume workforce challenges such as attrition, absenteeism, shift adherence, and productivity through data-driven insights and analytical thinking.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution, ensuring fairness and empathy in all interactions.
  • Partner with business teams to identify skill gaps and drive capability-building initiatives, enhancing employee competencies and organizational performance.
  • Work closely with the central HR team to develop and implement HR analytics, tracking key metrics like attrition, engagement scores, and productivity trends.
  • Collaborate on policy implementation, compliance, and HR process improvements, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Design and execute engaging programs tailored to meet the needs of BPO employees across shifts, fostering a positive work culture and high employee morale.
  • Promote company values and champion cultural ambassadorship, driving business outcomes through people-centric approaches.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3–8 years of HR experience, preferably 2+ years as an HRBP in the BPO/Call Center industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large employee bases (minimum 300–500 employees) with expertise in BPO workforce dynamics, including shift operations, high attrition, and engagement challenges.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence leadership and frontline employees alike, leveraging strong problem-solving, conflict management, and decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HR tools, data reporting, and HRMS platforms, with a preference for MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
