We are seeking an experienced HR professional to drive business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives, talent development, and employee engagement.

This role involves managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership to deliver high-impact HR solutions, manage stakeholder expectations, and develop programs to enhance retention, growth, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a strategic partner to the leadership team in driving business outcomes through HR initiatives.
  • Ensure operational excellence in HR operations, focusing on the employee life cycle, talent development, and compliance.
  • Foster a culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and open communication.
  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair treatment and resolution.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end performance management processes, collaborating with managers and leaders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring regular updates and connections.
  • Design and implement career development programs, including goal setting, internal job rotations, and performance enhancement initiatives.
  • Provide monthly HR dashboards and ad-hoc business requirements reports.
  • Drive employee engagement surveys and action plans to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Support HR leaders in various business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Regular MBA/Executive MBA in HR from a reputable university with a proven track record.
  • 11 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic initiatives at a senior level.
  • Proven experience in managing a team of minimum 2 members is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll compliance, and HR best practices is essential.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR automation tools, AI-enabled platforms, payroll systems, and MS Office Suite.
