Senior HR Professional: Strategic Talent Management

About the Opportunity:
Our organization is seeking a seasoned HR professional to drive both HR Business Partnering and Total Rewards initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic People Management:
- Developing and executing a people strategy aligned with business objectives
- Advising senior management on organizational design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy
- Leading key projects across employee engagement, retention, and succession planning
- Supporting change management efforts and transformation programs
Total Rewards Strategy:
- Designing, benchmarking, and implementing compensation and benefits strategies
- Partnering with external consultants and internal stakeholders on pay surveys, market research, and pay equity reviews
- Executing performance evaluations
- Ensuring reward programs meet business requirements and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience with expertise in HRBP and Compensation & Benefits
- Strong experience partnering with business leaders in fast-paced environments
- Analytical mindset with data analysis skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced degree from a top-tier institution
