- Compliance & HR Operations:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records
- Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with professionalism
- A results-driven HR professional with a focus on process improvement
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Strong understanding of modern HR practices and labor laws in India
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
