We are seeking an experienced Talent Program Coordinator to manage the day-to-day activities of an enterprise MSP/VMS talent program. This long-term contract has the potential to lead to permanent employment.

About the Role:

  • The Talent Program Coordinator will oversee the coordination of requisition intake, clarifications, SLAs, and escalations with the VMS team.
  • The candidate will screen candidates based on must-have skills, rate, location, and notice period, and run brief skills checks when required.
  • The coordinator will prepare, QC, and submit resumes in the VMS, verify documentation, and audit readiness.
  • The role requires coordinating interviews end-to-end across time zones, confirming panels and logistics.
  • The Talent Program Coordinator will maintain live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports on submittals, interviews, offers, and starts.
  • The individual will monitor bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times, clear blockers quickly.
  • The coordinator will collaborate with U.S. recruiters and offshore sourcers, conduct daily stand-ups.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in staffing operations, MSP/VMS coordination, or enterprise recruiting coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with a major VMS (e.g., Beeline/Fieldglass) and an ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday).
  • Strong resume QC, JD deconstruction, and candidate screening skills.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and Outlook/Teams/SharePoint proficiency.
  • Clear written and spoken English and consistent U.S. overlap availability.
