Job Title: Strategic Learning Solutions Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our retail certification programs and B2B learning journeys, ensuring seamless execution and high client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver key B2B projects (training, assessments, consulting) with high impact and efficiency.
  • Oversee the implementation of retail programs with a team, focusing on delivering exceptional learner experiences.
  • Support sales with insightful proposals, account engagement, and data-driven insights.
  • Mentor junior professionals, refine processes, and contribute to the development of marketing and learning content.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in HR, consulting, or Learning and Development.
  • Strong client-facing, multitasking, and process skills, with the ability to manage both high-volume retail programs and customized B2B projects.
