Campus Director

About the Role:

The Campus Director is responsible for leading and steering the student experience, managing finances, and collaborating across departments to create a thriving learning environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead the campus with strategic vision and direction
• Manage the budget and P&L, ensuring financial stability and growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve academic excellence and student success
• Identify and eliminate obstacles to student engagement and performance
• Develop and implement processes to improve student outcomes and retention

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 6+ years of experience in Category Management or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or prior software development experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well in fast-paced environments and balance short-term goals with long-term strategies
• Empathy towards students and a desire for aspirational outcomes
