About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and expanding our market presence.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of proven experience in selling technology solutions, demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, and a strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute business plans aligned to organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage overall business with sales & operations for the region.
- Drive end-to-end sales activities including market mapping, lead funnel creation, forecasting, and achievement of sales targets and profit margins.
- Introduce, demonstrate, negotiate, and close high-value technology deals.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals to Boards and key decision-makers.
- Conceptualize and propose software licensing, IT services, and cloud infrastructure solutions to enterprise customers.
- 8-10 years of proven experience in selling technology solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
- Strong experience in Key Account Management.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute business plans aligned to organizational goals.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Business Head & Managing Director and will have 5-7 team members reporting to them.
