Senior Sales Director - Digital Transformation and IT Solutions

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our efforts in providing cutting-edge digital transformation and IT solutions. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the digital and infrastructure solution segments.
  2. Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  3. Foster a results-driven culture, motivating team members to meet and surpass sales goals.

Business Development:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within various industries, including enterprise-level organizations, government, healthcare, and financial sectors.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales approaches and strategies.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  1. Collaborate with senior management to develop sales forecasts, business plans, and budgets for the digital and infrastructure portfolio.
  2. Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing large deals.
  3. Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling proposals and presentations to clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Engage in regular business reviews and account management to understand client needs and offer tailored IT solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that solutions align with client requirements and expectations.

Market Knowledge & Industry Insight:

  1. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT solutions, digital transformation, and infrastructure technologies.
  2. Provide thought leadership and insights to clients, positioning the company as a trusted advisor.
  3. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification in sales or IT solutions is a plus.

Experience:

  • At least 7-10 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on digital transformation and infrastructure solutions.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, data centers, enterprise applications, and infrastructure management.
