Executive Director Sales and Growth

The ideal candidate will have overall responsibility for leading the sales and marketing function. This senior role demands strategic direction for business growth, market expansion, and brand positioning, focusing on delivering premium quality products to global clients.

This includes developing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth targets, identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, and leading sales and marketing teams to ensure high performance and goal achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities through strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Lead and manage sales and marketing teams to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
  • Oversee sales operations including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure product standards meet client expectations and compliance requirements.
  • Drive brand awareness and market positioning through innovative marketing campaigns and corporate communications.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to secure long-term business.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across departments to support sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA highly preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive director capacity.
  • Proven track record of driving substantial revenue growth, market expansion, and building effective sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
