Director - Zoho Alliance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our Zoho alliance and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

About the Role:

  • Growth Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive Zoho alliance strategy, aligned to firm priorities and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Senior Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with Zoho leadership and sales teams to drive collaborative success.
  • Joint GTM Initiatives: Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, including account mapping, co-selling, campaigns, and pursuits.
  • Talent Enablement: Establish a Center of Excellence (CoE) for certified talent, reference architectures, and accelerators.
  • Innovation Integration: Integrate Zoho's product suite with our domain IP and multi-line-of-service offerings to differentiate solutions.
  • Alliance Performance Management: Track and report on alliance key performance indicators (KPIs), including pipeline, influenced revenue, and certifications.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 16+ years in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise tech with demonstrated alliance or partner leadership experience.
  • Product Expertise: Strong understanding of Zoho's product suite (CRM, Finance/ERP, HR, Low-Code, Analytics, etc.) or similar SaaS ecosystems.
  • Revenue Growth: Demonstrated success in revenue growth through partnerships and go-to-market execution.
  • Practice Building: Experience in practice building and talent enablement.
  • CXO-Level Stakeholder Management: Excellent CXO-level stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Cloud Knowledge: Candidate with strong cloud knowledge will be preferred.
