Global Business Expansion Specialist

We seek a strategic business professional to lead our global expansion efforts, driving international growth and development.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of success in market analysis, partnership development, and sales execution. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global expansion strategy to promote UAE/Dubai business setup and residency solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key international partners, including accounting firms, consulting firms, immigration advisors, tax consultants, travel agencies, and corporate offices.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners in different regions to expand the company's global footprint.
  • Drive sales growth by generating qualified leads and converting them into clients through strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, business conferences, and networking events to promote services and build connections.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international business development, sales, or expansion management, preferably in business setup, consulting, immigration, or corporate services.
  • Strong international network and proven ability to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent knowledge of global markets, business consulting, and international expansion practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally and adapt to different business cultures.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
