Job Title: Enterprise Financial Strategist

Total Experience: 6-10 years of finance expertise with a qualification in financial management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial planning, performance, and governance across multiple entities within an organization.
  • Promote accurate financial reporting, strategic guidance, and effective financial control to support business expansion and stability.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for all group entities according to established accounting standards.
  • Maintain regulatory adherence and compliance with local, regional, and international financial regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage external audits and statutory filings efficiently.

Controllership & Internal Controls:

  • Develop and implement internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure data accuracy.
  • Monitor and improve financial processes, systems, and controls across entities to optimize performance.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Oversee entity-level budgeting and forecasting processes to drive informed decision-making.
  • Analyze financial performance and variances; provide insights to senior leadership for strategic growth initiatives.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Manage and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts across entities to achieve collective goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Operations to drive organizational success.

Systems & Process Optimization:

  • Drive automation and system enhancements for financial reporting and consolidation to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure consistency in accounting policies and procedures across the group to promote transparency and accountability.
