Senior Benefits Strategist

At our organization, we are seeking a Senior Benefits Strategist to join our team. This role will be responsible for assessing client employee health and benefits programs, including plan design, vendor relationships, and cost drivers.

  • We are looking for someone with expertise in analyzing industry trends, emerging benefits solutions, and best practices to deliver innovative advice to our clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in developing tailored recommendations to improve benefits offerings, enhance employee engagement, and control costs.
  • Benchmark survey data for client plans, summarize and validate reviewed information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze industry trends and emerging benefits solutions to deliver innovative advice to clients.
  • Develop tailored recommendations to improve benefits offerings, enhance employee engagement, and control costs.
  • Collaborate with other teams for Client RFP, Plan Renewal and Implementation processes.
  • Coordinate, develop and execute project plans, as well as periodic presentations for specific client groups.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skill traits, such as strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills to drive results-oriented projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Domain knowledge and 5+ years of work experience in the insurance industry.
  • Post-graduate or actuarial degree, with experience in health insurance preferred.
