Key Role: Vice President of Retention, Cross-Sell and Upsell
Job Description:This is a pivotal role focused on driving retention, cross-selling and upselling in the Employee Health & Benefits domain. As Vice President, you will leverage your experience engaging CXOs to drive business growth, deepen client relationships and enhance customer lifetime value.

- Experienced professional with 10+ years in corporate sales specializing in retention, cross-selling and upselling within Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains.
- Proven track record of engaging with C-level executives (CXOs) to drive business growth, deepen client relationships and enhance customer lifetime value.
- Deep understanding of Employee Health & Benefits insurance solutions, benefits consulting, technology platforms and service delivery models in a SaaS-enabled environment.
- Skilled in developing and executing sales strategies that focus on retention, cross-sell and upsell opportunities to ensure consistent revenue flow and client satisfaction.
- Strong capability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic client engagement including benefit strategy, employee communication, wellness consulting and technology enablement.
- Analytical and results-driven, with excellent communication and relationship management skills able to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and negotiate at senior levels.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a commitment to on-site presence for team collaboration and client engagement.
- Holds an MBA degree from a prestigious institute proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook), and adept at using CRM and analytics platforms to drive business insights and personalized sales approaches.
- Expertise in retention, cross-selling and upselling within Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains.
- Proven ability to engage with C-level executives (CXOs).
