About the Role

We're on the lookout for a Senior Content Strategist to lead our digital content initiatives across platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content strategies, manage multi-format content calendars, and drive alignment between content, SEO, and business goals. If you're a strategic thinker who understands content's role in the customer journey—and loves a well-mapped keyword plan—you'll thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the content strategy across websites, blogs, emailers, landing pages, ads, and social media
  • Collaborate with SEO, design, performance, and social media teams to ensure cross-channel consistency
  • Plan and manage detailed monthly editorial calendars
  • Conduct thorough SEO topic research and keyword mapping using tools like SEMrush, UberSuggest, or Google Keyword Planner
  • Create detailed content briefs, including tone, structure, format, and internal link guidelines
  • Align content with campaign goals and marketing funnel stages
  • Monitor content quality using Grammarly, Hemingway, SurferSEO, and ensure editorial consistency
  • Track content performance metrics and continuously improve content effectiveness
  • Ideate across formats: from blog posts to pillar pages, eBooks, and video scripts
  • Mentor junior writers and maintain high editorial standards

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in content strategy and digital content creation
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale content initiatives
  • Excellent command over content frameworks and editorial workflows
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize accordingly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and feedback-driven environment
