Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to own the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting to closing deals with enterprise customers in North America. This includes conducting compelling product demonstrations, driving outbound outreach, collaborating closely with the founding team, and maintaining a robust pipeline.

About the Role:

This is a high-impact opportunity to join a fast-scaling AI company with strong early product-market fit. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals
  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to reach mid-market and enterprise clients in North America
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide compelling pitches to potential customers
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline development, and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align on sales strategies and ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in SaaS sales, targeting US/Canada-based mid-market or enterprise clients
  • 3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with proposal software, RFP automation tools, AI platforms, or sales enablement solutions
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a remote-first team
