Job Title: Business Growth Specialist
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and account management.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in medtech, healthcare, pharma, direct sales, or B2C is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions.
