
Enterprise Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive revenue growth and expand our global customer base through strategic business development.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise software sales, with expertise in ERP platforms like IFS, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Sage, Infor, and Microsoft. They will be responsible for identifying and executing account development opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and product advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals of enterprise software solutions.
- Achieve annual sales and install base growth targets while contributing to account expansion across geographies.
- Identify and execute account development opportunities by aligning enterprise capabilities with evolving customer needs.
- Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless client engagement and measurable value realization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and drive business development opportunities.
- Global Acumen: Comfortable operating across diverse geographies and cultures.
- Relationship Building: Skilled in managing and expanding long-term client relationships.
- Consultative Selling: Ability to align enterprise solutions with customer business needs.
Work Experience:
- 8+ years in similar roles.
- Minimum 5 years of direct ERP sales experience (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Sage, Infor, Microsoft).
