Job Description

Senior Software Requirements Analysts are sought after by companies to drive product roadmaps. This role is critical in gathering and defining business requirements, analyzing business processes, and overseeing iteration management.

The ideal candidate will translate business needs into comprehensive functional specifications, facilitate communication between technical teams and business users, and ensure successful implementation of product requirements.

A Senior Software Requirements Analyst with experience in software or SaaS environments is desired. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

The role involves working closely with stakeholders, managing iteration plans, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Analyst in software or SaaS environments.
  • Proven expertise in writing clear and comprehensive requirements and functional specs.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in iteration management and working with product teams.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience in AI-driven platforms or enterprise application development is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
