Job Title: Digital Growth Specialist

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Growth Specialist. This role is crucial in building and refining the technical backbone of our marketing efforts.

  • In this position, you will work closely with our founder to create high-performing prospecting systems, test new messaging, and optimize conversion funnels.
  • You will also be responsible for sales operations including lead generation, prospect engagement, pipeline management, and CRM management, with the ultimate goal of driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Support: Provide day-to-day sales support, ensuring our CRM is up to date and helping write clear emails and text follow-ups to prospects.
  2. Proposal Development: Draft and send proposals, pricing, and pitch decks to prospective clients.
  3. Sales Event Planning: Organize sales events and calls in our calendar, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  4. Daily Preparation: Prepare daily materials, including responding to leads and writing as our representative.
Requirements:
