Grow Revenue by Nurturing Strong Relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers across multiple channels to convert interest into sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners to secure re-orders and drive growth.
Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Sales Strategy:
- Track sales performance across products and collections to inform future strategies.
- Report weekly on sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor benchmarks to ensure alignment with business goals.
Wholesale & Partnerships (B2B):
- Identify and pitch to multi-brand stores, boutiques, and gifting platforms to expand the brand's reach.
- Manage the onboarding process for new stockists, including pricing sheets, lookbooks, and samples.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
- A comfort level with numbers and the ability to track sales targets and report on performance is necessary.
- A social, approachable, and customer-first mindset is crucial for building strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Organized and proactive follow-up skills are also required.
