Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our villa sales operations. The role involves managing leads, coordinating site visits, overseeing the sales team, and ensuring exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Oversee CRM usage and lead tracking
- Coordinate with clients for property visits and presentations
- Build strong relationships with potential buyers
- Report performance metrics to the Director
Requirements:
- 5+ years in high-value real estate or hospitality sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proven experience in leading a sales team
- Familiarity with CRM tools
