Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading revenue growth, managing client relationships, and driving business expansion in the public sector. Key activities include:

  1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve individual targets

Key Responsibilities:

  • 30% Revenue generation / orders booked
  • 30% Lead generation and customer outreach
  • 20% Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and presentations
  • 10% Communicate effectively with stakeholders on program management and business development queries
  • 10% Database and knowledge creation and management

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Experience in curriculum design and blended learning
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Multi-tasking ability with superior time management skills
