
Senior IT Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT business development executive to drive the growth of our company through strategic partnerships and client engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, business acumen, and a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define sales roadmaps and engage targets to build awareness, identify opportunities, develop sales pipelines, and deliver revenue goals.
- Demonstrate expertise in consultative sales approaches to deliver customized staffing solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.
- Research, market, and effectively present company services to new clients, leveraging industry knowledge and network contacts to open new business opportunities.
- Penetrate new business through calling, in-person meetings/presentations with key client managers and senior executives.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and continuous delivery of value-added services.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and technologies to stay ahead of competitors and continuously improve business outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a staffing, corporate recruiting, or professional sales environment, especially in technology, banking, and financial services areas in the USA region.
- Proven experience with B2B cold calls, securing accounts, and account management.
- A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
- Past history of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a global team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ATS knowledge.
- Able to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
- Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships based on honesty and integrity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
