Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Senior Relationship Manager/Assistant Vice President.

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Relationship Manager / Assistant Vice President, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with clients to design their organizational health risk management and wellness programs
  • Preparing implementation plans, defining roles of responsible parties, and bringing in appropriate health management vendors
  • Designing and planning every aspect of the health risk management program implementation, including employee communication
  • Supervising the launch of the health risk management programs
  • Supervising operation of all health risk management projects and making changes in design and/or vendors as necessary
  • Leading and managing multiple HRM / H&W consulting client engagements
  • Developing trusted and strong consultant relationships with client contacts through timely and right advices and efficient quality execution of projects
  • Working with general consultants and business development staff to strategize on approaching target clients
  • Supporting overall client relationship building and management, besides leading the health risk management consulting and health risk management programs
  • Working with other consultants to prepare comprehensive proposals for target clients
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell projects and services to current clients

You will have the opportunity to work on health risk analysis and management consulting, manage assigned health risk management/H&W consulting projects, set up data analysis structure and methodology, and undertake organizational health risk data analysis of an organization.

In addition, you will be responsible for presenting health risk management consulting project proposals to clients, supporting business development staff/general consultants in negotiation and acquisition of projects, building the internal knowledge bank on health risk analysis and management, contributing to the development of new value proposition, products, tools, and approaches, identifying potential health management vendors, evaluating health management vendors, negotiating with them, finalizing terms and conditions, collaborating with selected vendors, supervising and monitoring performance, and creating annual processes for reviewing performance and making appropriate changes.
