Job Title: New Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled New Business Development Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through phone calls, social media, and emails to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Maintain Lead Database: Track, update and maintain accurate lead information to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Cold Calling and Outreach: Make outgoing calls to develop new business relationships and identify potential leads.
  • Qualify Leads: Contact prospects to assess their interest in our products or services.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and implement direct email marketing campaigns to key clients and prospects.
  • Database Management: Research and maintain accurate lead generation database.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct customer research to gain valuable insights into market trends and preferences.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct client or market surveys to gather information about potential leads.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to the reporting Manager on sales progress and customer interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Cold Calling Experience: Proven experience with cold calling techniques and strategies.
  • Database Management: Proficient in maintaining databases and managing data records.
  • MS Office: Strong proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Crm Experience: Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
