US Business Development Manager

This role involves leading the growth of a new service business in the USA, focusing on high-margin services that can scale quickly and leverage your existing client base.

You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, owning the sales process, and driving business objectives. This includes building and maintaining relationships with US clients and prospects, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver services and achieve business objectives.

Mentoring and motivating team members to ensure professional growth and productivity is also an essential part of this role. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.

To be successful in this position, you will need 10+ years of experience in sales and operations, excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
