
Sales Growth Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Sales
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to acquire new clients across various channels.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery calls → pitching → closing deals.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Client Communication & Relationship Building
- Lead client calls and meetings, identify business pain points, tailor pitches to their needs, and build long-term trust.
- Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with our delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of new projects.
- Share feedback from prospects to help improve our offerings and pitches.
- Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in digital marketing agencies in business development/client acquisition.
- Proven success in closing high-ticket projects (websites, SEO, content, performance, and digital marketing).
- Familiarity with multiple outreach channels (email, cold email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
- Experience working with international clients (UAE, Asia, US)
