Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Growth Strategist to optimize our sales processes, improve decision maker access, and expand global business opportunities.

This challenging role requires strong analytical and consultative skills to analyze current sales processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to reach CXO-level decision makers. As a senior strategist, you will act as a trusted advisor to our leadership team, designing and executing sales playbooks that accelerate deal closures.

  • Optimize Sales Processes: Identify inefficiencies delaying closures and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Refine our GTM strategy, optimize lead qualification, and improve engagement with CXO-level decision makers.
  • Design Qualification Frameworks: Create consistent pipeline management frameworks using BANT, MEDDICC, etc.
  • Packaging Service Offerings: Structure and package service offerings into PoCs, pilots, and tiered proposals that encourage faster sign-off.
  • Train Internal Teams: Train internal sales & account teams on effective discovery, pitching, and follow-up techniques.
  • Support International Expansion: Tailor messaging for US/EU markets vs Indian markets and support international expansion.
  • Build Case Studies: Create case studies, ROI-driven collateral, and executive-level decks to demonstrate value.

A successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in B2B IT services sales/consulting, with a proven track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals. You will also have a strong understanding of cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, ERP, or digital transformation services and experience selling in both Indian and international markets (US/EU preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative skills are essential for this role.
