This role drives business strategy for Bangalore, identifying regional trends, building industry presence, and delivering revenue targets.
- Develop and execute a regional business strategy aligned with national goals.
- Analyze market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to drive expansion.
- Establish a strong presence in local industry forums, associations, and networks.
- Aquire enterprise and mid-market clients across Bangalore and surrounding areas.
- Manage profit and loss for the region ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
- Oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales and account management team.
- Provide mentorship, set performance KPIs, and drive a culture of accountability and growth.
Key qualifications include:
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 5–12 years of experience in business leadership, sales, or regional business management.
- Strong understanding of the Bangalore market, with established local networks.
- Proven track record of achieving regional revenue targets and scaling businesses.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on profit and loss management experience.
