As a Key Account Manager and Growth Driver, you will oversee and manage B2B relationships with educational institutions. Your role is to ensure consistent engagement and effective communication with clients.
You will take ownership of growth in your designated region and develop strategies for onboarding new clients and driving sustainable growth. You will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Additionally, you will lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions, help them understand how our platform can enhance their services, and support them during the initial stages of adoption.
You will provide necessary training and support to clients, ensuring they are equipped to use the platform effectively. You will maintain CRM systems to track progress, client issues, and feedback.
Furthermore, you will regularly analyze growth metrics and ensure goals are met. You will share timely updates with internal teams and clients about performance, issues, and opportunities.
Requirements:- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion.
- Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry and familiarity with CRM tools.
- A result-driven mindset with a passion for growth.
