
Regional Operations Coordinator

This role entails overseeing regional administrative activities and operations.
Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate regional administrative tasks and projects.
- Define scope and objectives for team members, providing clear expectations and guidance.
- Communicate and collaborate with immediate management to develop strategic programs and goals.
- Direct reporting on day-to-day activities, incident management, and other relevant matters to the Zonal Admin Head.
- Monitor and report key project activities, plans, and progress to stakeholders.
- Manage calls and discussions effectively.
- Oversee end-to-end exam day and non-exam day administrative activities and team coordination.
- Ensure zero incidents on exam days related to admin services.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and talent development of team members.
- Develop and implement control and monitoring mechanisms for the admin team within the region.
- Train and develop the admin team within the region.
- Standardize processes at all exam venues.
- Manage regional vendors, support Zonal Head in finalizing contracts and vendor invoices.
- Publish regular dashboards on key performance parameters to Zonal Admin Head and senior management.
- Serve as the central point of contact for facility-related matters at the regional level.
- Ensure service-level agreements/service-level commitments (SLA/SLC) at exam venues.
- Oversee Vidz/Lisp partners, hold regular meetings, and close audit points.
- Contract management.
- Support shortlisting prospective partners/venues identified by city heads based on defined parameters within the region.
- Maintain and monitor legal compliance for all venues.
- Prepare and deploy contingency/business continuity plans (BCP).
- Conduct surprise checks at exam venues.
- Handle crisis situations.
- Coordinate and manage manpower agencies.
- Conduct audits of exam venues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
