The role of the client servicing director is crucial to the success of our organization. As a client servicing director, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the client servicing function for our Bangalore branch.

You will build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Your primary goal will be to drive strategic account growth, identifying new opportunities within existing clients.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define business plans and account strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of servicing professionals, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to deliver effective communication solutions.
  • Represent us at client presentations, reviews, and industry events.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 6–10 years of experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in advertising, branding, or digital agencies).
  • Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
  • Experience in managing large accounts and multi-industry clients.
  • Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Team leader and mentor, capable of guiding and inspiring others.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering value.
