We are currently seeking a highly skilled HR professional to support our organization's success. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Executive.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage employee operations, including recruitment and onboarding, staff records, and attendance management.
  • Support payroll processing in coordination with the finance team.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate performance reviews, employee engagement activities, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or administration, preferably with a strong understanding of employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools, with knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
