
Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Strategist to lead HR operations, drive employee engagement, and ensure policy compliance within a dynamic business environment.
- Employee Relations: This role involves addressing employee queries and concerns efficiently, tracking and reporting resolution Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Compliance & Policy Adherence: The selected candidate will enforce labor laws, company discipline, and the Code of Conduct.
- Attrition Management: Maintaining an attrition rate at or below 5% is a key responsibility.
- Employee Engagement: This includes leading engagement activities, facilitating action planning, recording meeting outcomes, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Performance Management: Timely KRA sign-offs for new joiners and during internal movements are crucial; monitoring half-yearly and annual appraisals is also essential.
- Training Compliance: Tracking training plan adherence for the assigned vertical/process is vital.
- Exit Management: Conducting exit interviews, analyzing survey data, and presenting actionable insights and trends is necessary.
- Retention Strategies: Developing effective strategies to enhance employee retention and workplace satisfaction is critical.
- Branding & Market Intelligence: Supporting employer branding and monitoring industry HR best practices is important.
- Policy Compliance: Ensuring adherence to internal policies including Security, Privacy, Zero Tolerance, Disciplinary, and Learning Agreements is essential.
- Education: A Graduate degree in any field (preferably with a degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, or Human Resource Management).
- Experience: Proven experience in HR Generalist or Specialist roles, especially in labor relations and employee engagement in a business process outsourcing (BPO)/call center environment.
- 1. Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
2. Provide HR guidance to management and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.
3. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and disputes, and recommend resolutions.
4. Analyze and report on HR metrics, including turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee satisfaction surveys.
5. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
6. Stay up-to-date on changes in employment law and regulations, and provide guidance to management and employees on compliance.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, such as recruitment agencies and benefits providers.
