Job Title: HR Manager

About the Role:

We seek a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead and manage Human Resource functions.

This individual will bring a strong background in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and compliance with expertise in developing and implementing strategies aligned with business objectives.

This position requires a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience preferably within the region and a solid understanding of statutory compliances.

The candidate must drive organizational growth through effective policies, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee payroll administration and attendance management for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Develop implement and update HR policies job descriptions Standard Operating Procedures and employee handbooks in line with company objectives.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to foster a culture of accountability growth and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including labor laws regulations and employee welfare guidelines.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management providing insights on organizational design workforce planning and employee engagement.
  • Handle employee relations grievances disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Drive HR initiatives related to training learning & development employee engagement and succession planning.
  • Maintain and enhance HR systems databases and reporting structures for improved efficiency and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Prior HR experience in the region is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
  • Expertise in recruitment payroll attendance management and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop HR policies procedures SOPs and performance appraisal frameworks.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
