We are seeking a strategic HR leader to join our organization and lead the Human Resources department.

As a Senior HR Manager, you will oversee the recruitment process, design company policies, and set objectives for the HR team. You will also play a key role in shaping our employer brand strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Set strategic objectives for the HR team and track progress.
  • Design and implement policies that promote a positive work environment.
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans.
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
  • Host recruitment events.
  • Discuss employee development paths with managers.
  • Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire.
  • Review departmental budgets.
  • Organize learning programs.
  • Ensure timely resolution of employee grievances.
  • Maintain compliance with labor regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems and ATS.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Ability to foster positive employee relations.
