Bench Sales Professional

Niktor is seeking a skilled Bench Sales Professional to join our team. As a key contributor to our US-based sales efforts, you will be responsible for building and managing the full cycle of US Bench Sales and Recruitment for large successful companies. Your comprehensive understanding of various US Visa types will enable you to identify staffing requirements based on business needs and current employee skill sets. You will source and place candidates on the bench with clients, develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, and prospect and develop new business opportunities. Additionally, you will meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), and collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in US IT staffing, with a focus on bench sales, and a proven track record of success in bench sales recruiting. They will possess strong understanding of the US IT staffing industry, including current trends and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools and willing to work as per US timings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and managing the full cycle of US Bench Sales and Recruitment for large successful companies.
- Identifying staffing requirements based on business needs and current employee skill sets.
- Sourcing and placing candidates on the bench with clients.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborating with team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
