**Bench Sales Role at Niktor**: We are looking for an exceptional Bench Sales Specialist to join our team at Niktor. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in building and managing the full cycle of US Bench Sales and Recruitment for large successful companies. They will also have comprehensive understanding of various US Visa types and be able to identify, source, and place candidates on the bench with clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identifying staffing requirements based on business needs and current employee skill sets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients

**Requirements:**

  • 2-6 years of experience in US IT staffing, with a focus on bench sales
  • Proven track record of success in bench sales recruiting
  • Strong understanding of the US IT staffing industry, including current trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
