At Niktor, we're seeking a seasoned Bench Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our US IT staffing division, you'll be responsible for building and managing the full cycle of bench sales and recruitment for large successful companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify staffing requirements and current employee skill sets.
  • Source and place candidates on the bench with clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth and meet performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to deliver exceptional services to clients.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 2-6 years of experience in US IT staffing, with a focus on bench sales and recruitment.
  • Proven track record of success in bench sales recruiting, with a strong understanding of the US IT staffing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Willingness to work as per US timings (7:00 p.m IST - 4:00 a.m IST).
