You'll be the first point of contact for prospects from our demand generation programs and outbound efforts. This role offers a unique chance to make an immediate impact on the success of our India business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Digital Innovation
    • Follow up on Sales Qualified Leads
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams
    • Set up outbound calling campaigns
    • Initiate smart lead finding
    • Work during events
    • Finding decision makers and influencers within enterprise accounts
    • Establish customer relationships with the decision-making unit
    • Ask questions to determine if opportunities align with Mendix criteria
    • Set appointments with prospects
    • Ensure proper handovers to Account Executives
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in enterprise software sales as a SDR/BDR or Inside Sales
  • Excellent phone and written communication skills, ideally with working proficiency in multiple languages
  • The desire to master this role and take on new challenges
