Financial Growth Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced financial growth specialist to lead and manage all funding-related activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for raising funds, managing relationships with lenders, investors, and ensuring smooth execution of funding strategies to support business expansion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement funding plans to meet business requirements.
  • Identify, approach, and negotiate with banks, investors, and financial institutions for debt and equity funding.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate funding proposals and assess financial viability.
  • Prepare and present funding reports, MIS, and progress updates to management.
  • Monitor fund utilization and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with finance and senior management teams to forecast and plan funding needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, funding management, or corporate finance.
  • Strong network with lenders, investors.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, funding processes, and compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to secure and manage large funding deals.
  • CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
